• Liability: The Organizer is not responsible for personal belongings, travel disruptions, or third-party service failures. No refunds will be issued due to program changes
• Data Collection: We collect contact details, professional information, and registration preferences solely for event-related communication.
• Usage: Your data is used to manage registrations, send updates, and improve event experience.
• Third Parties: We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except trusted service providers supporting the event.
